It’s a good idea to put fruits and vegetables in a visible place where they will tempt you to consume them throughout the day. Fresh fruits and veggies will remind you and motivate you to live healthily.
The apples on my study room window sill are so easy to take – whoever comes in catches a glimpse of them and asks if they can have one, because they just look so approachable and delicious! Apples might not be your favourite: choose a fruit you find delicious and place is somewhere visible, in a bowl or whatever seems approachable. I don’t even take mine out of the bag I bought them in. They’re not decoration to be forgotten about – they are delicious nutrition snacks to have when I would otherwise reach for a chocolate bar. I feel happy each time I take this snack!
