All 20 building blocks for protein: Hemp seed

As the winter wind took up the moisture from my skin, I looked for evermore foods to keep my skin healthy. Hemp seeds are one of the foods I discovered! Hemp  seeds contain all 20 amino acids (making them a good source of protein), omega 3,6 and 9 and phytonutrients. This makes them a great and easy additive to any savoury meal or fruit juices/shakes. They have a slighly nutty flavour, which makes them most suitable for savoury dishes, I think. You can throw hemp seeds through your salad, onto your sandwich or on top of your quiche! They can be bought at health-food stores and refregirated for up to 3 months.

I found a good article on hemp with more details: Hemp Seed Nutritional Value and Thoughts .
