    Cinnamon Sticks are a sweet and tasty dessert that is low in sugar, low in fat and high in beneficial properties of cinnamon. I got the recipe from a friend and in the meanwhile I’ve made it for plenty of friends and they have all enjoyed it! This dessert only takes 15 minutes to make, so it’s perfect for surprise visits or for a lazy winter night. Eat it with some strawberries or blueberries on the side for a great breakfast (tested & guaranteed, mmm!).
