Perfect for any breakfast, lunch or brunch, these quesadillas are quick to make and made healthier using wholewheat tortilla, avocado & organic ham & cheese. Of course there is olive oil involved, because olive oil is good for almost anything!
Persciutto is quite salty in itself, so you need a mild, regular cheese to pair with it. I am using cheese with mustard seeds, since I found it on offer at Ekoplaza (as “Christmas cheese”) and it tastes great combined with persciutto!
Finally a foodie breakfast other than oatmeal. Also, exquisite cure for hangovers.
