Try this power-punch anti-flu nutrient-loaded noodle bowl, it’s enough for 2 servings – one for now, and one for later when you don’t feel like cooking.

Ingredients
- Brown rice noodles or udon noodles enough for 2
- 1 big carrot
- 80 g baby corn
- 100 g green beans
- 100 g mushrooms
- 4 scallions
- 3 cm fresh ginger, grated
- 1 red chili pepper finely chopped
- 2 cloves garlic finely minced
- 3 tbsp sesame oil
- little bit of soy sauce or oyster sauce to taste

- CUT THE VEGGIES: baby corn into 1 cm pieces, carrot into thin sticks (2cm long), green beans into small pieces, mushrooms to thin slices, spring onion into 1 cm pieces (including green stalk) and ginger finely chopped (after peeling).
- HEAT SESAME OIL in a frying pan. Fry baby corn, red chili pepper and carrot on low heat for 7 minutes (in heaven). Add green beans and mushrooms to the pan and heat for another 2-3 minutes.
- ADD SPRING ONION, GINGER AND GARLIC, heat for 5 minutes and take off fire. Add sauce and cooked noodles. Stir, enjoy, make herbal tea and go back to bed.
