Best tips for a healthy, good (power) nap

NOT THAT IT WOULD BE AT ALL PRACTICAL to take a nap every day at this point in my life, but it’s good to have some napping knowledge at hand for that weekend when you just can’t get awake, or for that Friday night when you really want to go out with your friends but also feel tired by the time it’s 8pm!

Nap it off, get the energy juices flowing, and enjoy life – fully sleep un-deprived! 🙂
